Prices on our website are displayed in U.S. Dollars and may also be viewed in other currencies depending on your location and settings. Taxes, customs duties, or additional charges may apply based on your country of residence and are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, a small foreign transaction fee may apply. TheLuxuryRug.com reserves the right to cancel or correct any order affected by pricing or typographical errors.


Shipping & Processing

Our rugs are artisan-made, ready pieces that are carefully sourced and prepared after an order is placed. Because we do not maintain large inventories, please allow 7–10 business days for processing before shipment.

Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination and carrier and may be affected by customs procedures or seasonal conditions. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. All shipments are professionally packaged to ensure safe delivery.


Ordering Procedure

After your order is placed, you will receive confirmation and tracking details once your item has been dispatched. We strive to provide accurate product information at all times; however, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to availability limitations, inaccuracies, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is returned in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned items must be securely packaged and insured for their full value. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been inspected. We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable cleaning or restoration fee if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Items returned after the 14-day period or showing signs of use or alteration are not eligible for refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately and retain all original packaging materials. When possible, photographic evidence will help us resolve the issue quickly. In such cases, you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement.


Unclaimed or Returned Shipments

Orders that are returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal by the recipient, or unpaid customs charges may incur both outbound and return shipping costs. These costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.

If a shipment is held or disposed of by the carrier due to lack of response from the recipient, no refund can be issued.


VAT & Customs Duties

VAT, GST, and customs duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient unless explicitly stated otherwise. Since rates differ depending on destination and item value, we are unable to estimate these charges in advance.
